David Jaffee
Chief Executive Officer

David Jaffee is the CEO of Maintera, a Shore Capital Partners company bringing technology, people, and process together to deliver reliable facility services across the country. Before leading Maintera, David held leadership roles at SMS Assist and Lessen, where he helped scale national platforms serving multi-site real estate and property services customers. He’s passionate about building great teams, simplifying complex operations, and earning long-term trust through consistent execution. David is a graduate of Colgate University and lives in the Chicago area with his family.

CXO

James Griffin is the CXO of Maintera. He leads strategic initiatives and aligns people, process, and technology to optimize service delivery for Maintera’s customers. Before joining Maintera, James invested in best-in-class business services companies at Aurora Capital Partners. He’s passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering cutting-edge execution for the businesses that keep the lights on. James received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University. He lives in Chicago.

Aaron Lynch
Director of Finance & Accounting

Aaron Lynch is the Director of Finance & Accounting at Maintera, where he leads the company’s finance and controllership functions. Before joining Maintera, Aaron held accounting roles at Avant Communications and Amerigo Education, where he helped build scalable and mature processes in high-growth environments. He is motivated by developing best-in-class finance functions and enabling operations teams to thrive through strong partnership and practical support. Aaron is a licensed CPA and a graduate of the University of Kentucky. He lives in the Chicago suburbs with his family.

Marc Insul
CAP | President & COO

Marc Insul is the President & COO of Commercial Asset Preservation (CAP), a provider of property maintenance and inspection services – with a deep expertise in vacant property portfolios – to multi-site clients in the food & beverage, retail, industrial, institutional, office, hospitality, and convenience store end markets. Marc co-founded CAP in 2009 and has grown it from the ground up. Prior to co-founding CAP, Marc served as the President & COO of Fidelity National Field Services, one of the nation’s largest residential field services companies. Marc received an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and a B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. Marc lives in the Cleveland area with his family.

TCG | Sr. Director of Strategy

Levi Keplar is the Sr. Director of Strategy for TCG Services, a provider of on-demand break-fix facility management solutions for multi-site customers in the consumer, financial, healthcare, transportation, technology, and other end markets. At TCG, he leads strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, strengthen operations, and drive technology innovation. Before joining TCG, Levi held strategic roles at Reliant Distribution Group and McVay Solutions, where he leveraged a data-driven approach to developing scalable processes & systems.  Levi is a graduate of Butler College and lives in the El Dorado, KS area with his family.
